I have gone through your reports and the history. first and foremost we need to distinguish if you have pain due to inflammatory arthritis or is it due to some other reason. I would like to ask you a few more questions to see where it is heading ad the treatment and diet will vary accordingly

1. do you experience any swelling of the joints?

2. any history of early morning stiffness?

3. any history of dry eyes or dry mouth?

4. any history of oral ulcers, rashes or photosensitivity?

5. any history of increased hair fall?

6/ did do they do tests like crp ana anticcp?

do let me know these queries
will guide you further from here

Ans.3: No such history of dry eyes or dry mouth.
Ans.4: No such history of oral ulcers, rashes or photo-sensitivity.
Ans.5: I had long hair, but volume of hair gradually/slowly decreased. It may be due to water.

good evening

thank you for your reply

well I would suggest a few more tests which you should get done. as per your history it doesn't sound like rheumatoid arthritis. but we need to look into few other causes:

1. kindly get your Vitamin D levels checked.. it s defeciency can cause similar symptoms like any other arthritis but with minimum swelling

2. the other tests I would suggest would be thyroid function and ANA. that would at least rule out the other autoimmune mimics

as of now it doesn't sound too serious. so nothing you should be worried about. kindly get these tests done.if any defeciency we can correct them

do let me know once the results are Out or for any further queries
