Thanks for providing the clinical photograph. The rash is urticarial rash . It could have resulted from allergic reaction , many of the times its difficult to find out the allergic material causing the reaction.
I would suggest you the following
1. Oral antihistamine like Cetirizine of Chlorpheniramine maleate will be helpful
2. Local application of calamine lotion will be helpful to relieve the itching
