Brief Answer:
Seems to be pityriasis rosea, answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic

I have reviewed the attached photographs and according to me it seems to be pityriasis rosea. It doesn't look like ringworm infection.

It is a self limiting disease usually caused by virus and associated with upper respiratory tract infection.

I need to ask you few questions to confirm the diagnosis:

What are the sites of the rash?

Is it associated with itching or any other complaints?

Are you taking medicines for some other ailment?

Are you sexually active?

Kindly revert back with the answers.

Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Seems to be pityriasis rosea

Detailed Answer:
According to your history it seems to be pityriasis rosea .
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply topical steroids diluted in emollient like one part of fluticasone cream diluted in three parts of emmolient twice daily for 2 weeks.
Along with this I recommend them to take tablet aciclovir 800 mg four times in a day for 1 week and tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These all are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
