Brief Answer:
Supportive care. Allergic rash

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. It appears to be acute urticaria also called allergic reaction. All he needs is some antihistamines like loratadine, cetirizine, fexofenadine etc and H2 blockers like cimetidine. If the rash increases, take him to ER they will give him a steroid and epinephrine shot to help his symptoms, don't worry its self resolving and even with out medications it will subside in a couple of days. Consult a dermatologist or allergist immunologist if urticaria persists for more than a week .

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
