What Causes Itchy Penis After Intercourse?

Question: i am 32 year old male.
M feeling shy to ask but i have sex with my GF 2 days back During her monthly periods as she was having some pad inside.
from last day i am feeling some itching in side my penis just below the tip.
when i concentrate on it then i feels it otherwise in my routine work it is not effecting me.
when i feel it i like to urine but that don't make any effect as i urinate normally.
there is no kind of leakage even i pressed it
there is no kind of discharge .
I am in UAE and it is not easy to go to any Doctor for such issue.as they ask for many legalities , which causes embaracement

1. It is important to know if you used condoms during sex. Many people have itching after using condoms for the first time due to allergy and if such a thing has happened then there is no need to worry.

2. If there was unprotected sex then there is a small risk of infection during sex. Though a STD will not cause early symptoms, there can always be an early urinary infection.

3. If it is not disturbing you much and there is no worsening then it can also be from anxiety or not maintaining genital hygiene.

4. Please drink lots of water and visit washrooms regularly. This will help to flush any urinary infection. Wash your genitals twice daily with warm water.

5. If there is burning during urination with discharge or rashes then you have to consult a doctor for clinical confirmation and treatment. Please use condoms during sex if you did not use it.

Respected Sir,

1 : I have not used any kind of condom or protection.
2 : yes it was an unprotected sex (Oral and vaginal)
3 : it is not disturbing , very minor when i concentrate on it.or some time when i chekc it with hands then i feel more.

I do sex with a dedicated GF, But I am afraid if she cheats me so i ll must take care next time.
For the time being would you suggest me some medicine?
And i am going to be married in next month so is it safe to have sex with my wife?
