What Causes Itchy Eyes And Rash Along With Tingling Sensation On Testicles?
Question: 7 days ago I may have been exposed for the first time to genital herpes. I have slight redness on the skin on my testicles, and above my genitals and below my belly button. I have had a soar throat and what may be a very mild fever with a slight cough for the last 3 days.The girl was on her stomach and I was on her from the other side wearing a condom. After sex, as far as I can remember I went straight home and showered. But I think at some point in the last 7 days I was checking myself with my hands and then may have accidentally rubbed my eyes. For the last 2 days I've been having itchy eyes, with yellow stuff coming out of the corners, and tonight its kind of been hurting when I look side to side., the corners feel swollen inside. I don't have any soars on my eyes or down below. Just what looks like it could possibly maybe be the start of a rash where I mentioned before along with some tingling and a heated sensation on my testicles. Did I give myself eye herpes!? I have an std panel coming up on Monday but the clinic we have in our town doesn't even offer a herpes test. I'm really worried that I now have both genital and eye herpes from this stupid one night stand. What are your thoughts?

Do not be so upset regarding this. Many times a person infected with herpes may not know that he/she is suffering from herpes infection because of mild/subclinical infection. So, transmission of virus to others occur from them and can cause clinical manifestations.
Even condom may not protect from herpes infection from spread. So, be cool do not blame your partner for this.
Coming to your lesions, discharge from eyes and itching is suggestive of conjunctivitis/other infection of eye. Lesions around your genitals requires examination to diagnose it as herpes.
Herpes if it involves eye is very dangerous and may not be mild like you have now. So, I do not think it is herpes. Anyways please visit a doctor immediately for prescription of antibiotic eye drops/antiviral ointment if required after examination.
