Brief Answer:
apply local anesthetic Tronalane

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

According to your symptoms i could think of some possibilities
like anal fissure, anal tag, hemorrhoids or it might be pin worm infections.

I would suggest you to apply local anesthetic Tronalane( pramoxine/zinc oxide)
cream for itching which is available at local pharmacy. This over the counter cream. You should apply cream 2-3 times a day after washing affected area.

I would suggest you to consult primary doctor to evaluate possibilities of hemorrhoids, fissure and tags. I also suggest for stool microscopy to rule out pin worm infection.
On stool microscopy if it found pin worms, I would suggest you take one dose of Albendazole 400mg.

If you have any questions I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
