Brief Answer:
Answer few questions, upload pictures if associated with rash

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic .

I can understand your concern but I need to ask you few questions:

What are the sites of itching?

Whether itching is associated with any rash? If yes kindly upload the pictures of the rash.

Have you undergone any blood tests for the problem? If yes which tests have you undergone?

You have mentioned about not touching few things. How have you come to the conclusion that touching things causes itching? Have you undergone any allergy tests for that?

Are you having personal or family history of bronchial asthma or hay fever?

Do you have dry skin or hypothyroidism?

Kindly revert back with the answers.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Please go for patch tests to find out the exact cause of allergy

Detailed Answer:
I have gone to your history and according to me you are having allergy to plastic materials.

I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and go for patch tests to find out the exact cause of your allergies.

If the patch test comes positive for plastic then the only solution is to avoid its use. Otherwise the allergy will keep on recurring.

Besides this in such cases I recommend my patients to take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4mg twice daily for symptomatic relief of their itching.
