Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM
I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your image is concerned it looks like an eczema of skin so for itch you can try oral antihistamine like [Diphenhydramine]and one corticosteroid cream.so talk with your doctor about it. Besides it you can do few things at home which may prevent it in future-
(a)try to identify and avoid triggers that worsen the skin

(b)limit your baths and showers to 10-15 minutes and use warm water

(c)choose mild soaps that clean without removing too many natural oils.deodorant and antibacterial soaps may be more drying to your skin.use soap only on your face, underarms, genital areas, hands, and feet.

(d)after bathing, brush your skin rapidly with the palms of your hands, or gently XXXXXXX your skin dry with a soft towel.

(e)moisturize your skin at least twice a day.

(f)You may apply coconut oil directly on the affected skin several times a day to get instant relief from itching or mild pain. Continue for as many days as needed until the symptoms are gone completely.
Or you may do by mixing one-half teaspoon of turmeric with enough milk to make a paste. Apply this paste on the affected skin twice daily until the redness and itchiness is gone.

Hope that helps
