What Causes Itching And Swelling Of Vulva Region Along With Painful Urination?
Question: itching and swelling of vulva. pelvic pain. yellowish discharge. foul odor. burning or pain during urination

As we had a discussion last night it is most probably due to yeast infection, take a note of the following -
- wear a cotton based underwear and change it daily
- put tablet clotrimazole 100 mg inside your vagina daily at night for 6 nights
- wash perineal region with vWash liquid after bath
- use condom while having sex
- apply candid - B ointment twice a day for 7 days or till itching persists.
- get your blood sugar levels checked
In case itching and swelling persists or worsens then visit your gynecologist for examination.

Get a urine complete and urine culture done and take the reports along.
Till then take plenty of water like almost 3-4 litres.
Take renalka or citralka (alkaline syrup) two teaspoons three times a day so that you feel relieved of the pain
