Brief Answer:
You have acne on back and LSC with some fungal infection in folds

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing back to us

I have gone through your query and I have also seen the photographs.
These are acne on your upper back along with dark spots from previous acne.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use a topical antiacne gels/creams containing benzoyl peroxide. You may use it twice daily over the whole affected area.
A benzoyl peroxide wash is also good for acne on torso.
Benzoyl peroxide is a bleaching agent and would also help lighten the spots from previous acne.
Since you seem to have inflammatory acne (red and pus) therefore I would also suggest an Oral antibiotic e.g either Doxycycline Or Azithromycin. These can be continued for 4-6 weeks depending on the response.
Regarding your second concern of itching in the armpits, I can see that there is some pigmentation and rashes/eczematous dermatitis rashes that run right down the axilla on the side of trunk.
This is a common occurrence in those who have had repeated infections in the axillary and groin folds and as a result of scratching and rubbing the skin becomes thickened and dark (Lichen Simplex Chronicus Or LSC).
This thickened skin in turn generates more itch and desire to scratch (even though the fungal infection has been adequately treated); scratching in turn thickens the skin further. Thus this becomes a self perpetuating cycle i.e itch scratch itch cycle.
I would suggest that you use a topical steroid+antifungal combination cream. e.g clotrimazole 1% in combination with beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025%, twice daily for 2-4 weeks.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching and also help break the cycle (itch scratch itch cycle).

Brief Answer:
Antifungal+steroid cream for axilla, thigh; benzoyl peroxide for acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

It is a good thing that you were treated for scabies since you complained of itching at many places. Sometimes we have to treat empirically for scabies because scabies can present with generalized itching and lesions may not be very distinct in those who have a good hygiene. We cannot wait for the lesions to become florid.
Even after treatment for scabies itching can last for a week because of hypersensitivity to dead mites in the skin.
Therefore, I would suggest you to take once daily or twice daily cetrizine for symptomatic relief from itching. You may take it for 10 days.

The skin lesions on your back are Acne; acne can affect the face as well as back, shoulder and chest because all these areas are rich in sebaceous glands. The pigmentation and rashes in axillary folds are a manifestation of LSC which most likely developed secondary to recurrent fungal infection and constant scratching.
The lesions on your upper inner thigh (in your previous query to me) are also the same as axillary lesions i.e LSC secondary to repeated fungal infections and constant scratching.
Therefore I asked you to use a topical steroid+antifungal combination cream. e.g clotrimazole 1% in combination with beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025%, twice daily.
