What Causes Irritation In Eyes Along With Warm Sensation In Ears And Nose?
Question: Hi i am 26 years old.I work in IT sector.I feel uneasy,irritating and feel my eyes have filled with something and couldn't visualize clearly and can't even concentrate on my work and put extra effort to concentrate on my work.and I start feeling hot suddenly my ears and nose start getting heated up and become red in colour after 30-45 mnts of my lunch during my office hours.
.And after 2-3hrs when I go outside ,and eat something i feel quite fine not fully ,then I started eating something instead of going outside but it hasn't also worked only going outside give me some relief as i said.
And I dont have any kind of family or any problem at all even at my work.I am jolly and funny kind of boy who can make any one laugh.I have no stress at all of any kind.
Currently i had done my blood test and found that SGPT-81.4 U/L and alkaline puosphatase is 158.4 U/L.Can you please suggest what exactly is the issue with me.
I use to feel the same problem during my college days everyday also but I use to think due to lack of sleep or late night study is the cause of this problem So I avoided the problem instead of going to doctor.But after my college finished I went XXXXXXX but there I faced the same problem.So i went AIMS,I did eye check up and they said there is no problem with eyes so I went to physician but his treatment also failed.
And i also have problem with stool,i usually go 4-5 times each day.
When i use to be at native home ,I dont feel above problem.
Recently I have visited a doctor and he has prescribed me::::omez,udiliv 300,ofloxacin and ornidazole,nexito 10,domperidone,alprax- .25mg,sorbiline
Please let me know whether i have been prescribed with correct medicine or not Or I should consult with another doctor...this is the second time I have visited to him with old prescription but i dont remember what medicines ,he had prescribed me first time and that has worked only while was taking medicine as the course ended I started feeling the same,only one I remember was Omez.
Please please help me out.

Welcome to the HCM
Going through your history , it seems that you are having hypersensitivity response (allergic reaction) to certain factors.
First of all you have to go through food allergen test (pin prick test),which is quite unpainfull and easy to be done .
Second thing you make a diary and note down which type of food triggers your symptoms like watering of eyes,heating up of ears etc so you can avoid them in future.
Also change in weather and living area or home , dust , pollens and bed mites can trigger these symptoms.
Third you have to get complete blood count C.B.C and serum Ig E done to rule out esinophilia and allergic antibodies..and follow accordingly.
Once it is ruled out you may take anti histamines and anti allergic medicines for treatment.
For your gastric symptoms you may continue your medicines as perscribed by your treating doctors .But in my opinion the main cause of your gastric symptoms is stress and eating out side.
I would suggest you to modify your life style , like start doing exercise daily, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water and avoid stress.
