What Causes Irritation At The Corners Of The Mouth?
Irritated oral mucosa related to nostril growth & post nasal drip
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
1. Irritation on the side of your mouth is due to local/oral inflammation. Please send a photo of the affected part of your mouth, that is irritated, so I can evaluate the changes myself.
2. Increased saliva could be due to oral inflammation.
3. Fleshy growth in your nostril is possibly a polyp or due to allergy. This is impeding you to breathe normally. Most probably you open your mouth while sleeping.
This is causing irritation/inflammation of your mouth and increased saliva.
4. For me, immediate consultation with ENT specialist to evaluate your current problems and get them treated adequately.
Please tell to him/her about your post nasal drip, nostril growth and mouth problems.
Let me know if you have further questions.
