Brief Answer:
Avoid prolong standing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Symptoms you are explaining may be due to
nerve injury or irritation which interm may be due to compression, trauma, diabetes.

You haven't explain any thing like trauma or diabetes, so I am assuming it to be due to compression in lumbosacral spine from it arises or locally due to prolong standing pr walking.

If I your treating doctor I would advise you to avoid prolong standing and walking.

Have cap.pregabalin75mg+methylcobalamine750mcg at night by prescription of your doctor.

If symptoms don't relieve then have visit to orthopedic surgeon he may do your physical examination of that part and may advise you nerve conduction studies of leg and foot.

I hope you got the answer.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
