Brief Answer:
hiving Anxiety neurosis with mild anemai and vitamin D deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Manjariji,
Thanks for posting query to HCM.
Read your query and understood your concern.
Studied your all blood reports.
From history it seems that you might be having high anxiety Neurosis giving rise all clinical symptoms.
You are having mild iron deficiency anemia along with Vitamin D deficiency.
The symptoms you are having might not be due to anemia or vitamin D deficiency.
Having these symptoms of irregular sleep, palpitation, anxiety, hyper acidity at this age shows Anxiety with depression.
Having increase Alkaline phosphatase level might be due to vitamin D deficiency, hypothyroid, some kidney problem or using some oral contraceptive pills.
Now what is required is,
Avoid staying alone or sleeping alone at night.
Develop self confidence and make will power strong.
Remain busy in your daily work whole day and avoid unnecessary thoughts.
Pass some time with your friends, relatives.
Pass some time in the evening with sports, seeing TV programs.
Before going to bed read some good books, pray the god and enjoy good sleep.
If problem persisted then consult psychiatrist and get psychologist counseling which will help a lot.
Take some good iron medicine and vitamin D supplements.
I hope, I answered your query.
If you have further query or clarification, please write back.
Wish you speedy recovery.
