Brief Answer:
Likely to be decreased intake of water

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr Srinivaas

The cause of your irregular bowel movements is likely to be due to

1. Reduced intake of water
2. Decreased intake of fiber

Bleeding while passing stools is likely to be due to anal fissure if there is associated pain while passing stools . If there is no associated pain then possibility of piles needs to be considered. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. I would suggest you to consult your physician for detailed assessment.

In the meantime I would suggest you the following

1. Ensure good intake of water : 2 to 3 liter a day .

2. Ensure intake of fiber : 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fiber.

3 Hot Seitz bath : To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of antiseptic solution. Sit in it for 15 to 20 minutes each session twice a day.

Regarding your dry cough if it's less than 1 month duration and not associated with sputum production there is no cause for concern. I would suggest you the following

1. Warm saline gargling : To a glass of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of common table salt. Gargle the throat with it thrice a day.

2. Decoction : 1 cup of milk + 2 spoon sugar + 1 / 2 spoon turmeric + 20 Tulsi leaves. Bring it to boil. Filter it and consume ot warm twice a day

3. Do consult physician if the cough is of long duration or associated with sputum.
