Brief Answer:
Hormonal disturbances likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Irregular and delayed menstrual cycles can be because of hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease.
Generally, hormonal contraceptive pills are given for the treatment of polycystic ovarian disease.
I will suggest you to get your hormonal profile done including thyroid hormone levels, prolactin levels, serum testosterone and an ultrasound to make the correct diagnosis and get appropriate treatment.
Hyperprolactemia, hypothyroidism cannot be treated naturally while weight loss and lifestyle changes like exercise help in regulation of periods in polycystic ovarian disease.
These hormonal disturbances do not cause any problem as such, but lead to difficulties in conception, if not corrected.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

I had my tests an year back. And PCOD was ruled out during that time.
I exercise daily for an hour.
What else should I take care of?
Are there any others harms of irregularity?

Brief Answer:
Heavy bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Please upload the reports you got done for irregular periods so that I can review them and explain you more clearly.
Irregular periods can cause thickening of uterine lining and hence heavy bleeding.
