Brief Answer:
Head has gone down

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Your doctor might have found out that head of baby has gone down into birth canal earlier than expected.

2) This change would have happened early which is just 30 weeks.

3) This can happen when there is cervical incompetence. Cervix might be smaller in size.

4) This can be confirmed accurately by ultrasound scan.

Please get an ultrasound scan immediately.

Regards,
