Question: I have intermittent vibration in my right groin. About every 2 to 3 seconds lasting for less tnan second, how do I get it to stop

No pain, just a vibrating feeling in my right groin area about every 2 yo 3 seconds. Won't go away,no matter what position I'm in.I can't ignore it. Keeps me awake . No swelling. Its like the vibration setting a cell,phone

Aneurysm
Lipoma
Muscular swelling
