Dear Doctor,

Regarding your questions: There is no associated pain or discomfort. No sensation while passing urine. I have had the symptoms about a week. When I lie down flat on my back, like in bed, it seems to stop. It's not painful, only annoying as I don't believe it's normal.

Brief Answer:
Scrotal ultrasound Doppler scan is required as a safety measure

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I can certainly understand your concern

In the absence of any major symptoms the possibility of a significant testicular pathology is very minimal
But nevertheless it's advisable to consider a scrotal ultrasound Doppler at the earliest to rule out organic pathology if any .

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Hope I have answered your query.
