Question:
are some years I have these spots on face. sometimes quite a lot, sometimes a little. times swollen, sometimes less. I still have to put some dry on face and hands of the. Sometimes looks like a butterfly around the nose... What is this? Standart blood values were then ok...

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like systemic lupus erythematosus an autoimmune disorder.
It characteristically presents as malar rash with photosensisitivity.
Treatment is usually with steroid cream and sunscreen.
I have seen good response with that.
You can try this.
