Brief Answer:
It might be complication of some medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to the HCM,

I appreciate for your detailed Question.

Dear these feeling of wet could be occurring as complication of antidepressant medicines.
I would suggest you to discuss with your treating doctor immediately as you may need to adjust the dose or change of the group of the antidepressants.

You may also get checked by a dermatologist to rule out the other cause.

Hopefully I answered your Question. You may ask further, if you have more questions to ask.
I will be happy to help you.

Regards,
Dr.Maheshwari
