Brief Answer:
Not a sinus pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Pain behind ear is not due to sinus.
Short duration pain may be due to some local cause or stress.
Is there any previous history of headache, nausea, vomiting, photophobia or phonophobia.
Any redness of eye, visual loss, fever, ear discharge.
You can take pain killers like Naxdom for acute headache.
Do get back with details.
