What Causes Intermittent Pain In Left Abdomen, Insomnia And Restless Legs?

Question: 26/F with mild to moderate & sporadic stomach pain in upper left abdominal area. Insomnia and restless legs have happened in the past, but are becoming more frequent (especially legs). Migraines probably 10 out of 31 days. PCP did ordered gallbladder ultrasound, blood work and X-ray, results came back completely normal. PCP placed me on Rx antacid which seems to be helping. Now, I am experiencing hunger a lot, but I begin to feel nauseous and full 10 mins into eating. What is going on?

Rx and medical info: 26/f, bipolar 2, depression, adhd
Lamictal 200mg/day
Yaz
Adderall (immediate release) 20mg/ up to 2xday
Zoloft 50mg/day
AREDS 2 (for macular drusen)
Omeprazole 20mg/day

You are on 6 medicines right now. Among them adderall likely to cause full stomach after some eating while omeprazole itself can cause nausea and zoloft induces hunger.As well as there are many drug interactions possible with all these medicines.
You have undergone investigations so no serious issue is there that is confirmed.

I have been on lamictal since 2010, adderall since 2012, Yaz since 2014, Zoloft since 2013 (dose went up In May), AREDS 2 since XXXXXXX 2015.

Taking all except adderall at the same time in the morning. Feeling full and nauseous just started.

You are on psychiatric medicines since more than a year and omeprazole is recently added. It is likely responsible for such complaints of nausea and feeling full.I think pentoprazole sustain release reparation will be more helpful.

In my opinion you should take zoloft and lamictal at night.

Discuss both issues with your treating doctor and change schedule.

Thank you so much! Seeing my psychiatrist next week, and will definitely discuss with him. Can I begin taking the lamictal and Zoloft at night immediately, or do I need to work my way back a few hours at a time over the next few days?
