Brief Answer:
Suggestive of peripheral vertigo.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of peripheral vertigo. The most common underlying condition is BPPV- benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, a problem in the ear.

You can take betahistine tablets for relief of symptoms.

It resolves on own in a few days.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
