Brief Answer:
Not a brain tumor, consult a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your symptoms are acute in onset and most likely either migraine or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).

Nausea, vertigo , headache is commonly seen in migraine but ataxia needs to be evaluated regarding any BPPV affecting the balance system of body.
Brain tumor is unlikely as complains are of short duration and no focal deficit like vision loss, diplopia, hearing loss, motor deficit is present.
You need to get evaluated by a neurologist and get treated accordingly.
Requirement of brain imaging can be decided after examination.
No need to panic but definitely require and evaluation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Consult a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
It's unlikely to be brain tumour.
You should consult a neurologist who can examine you and look for any danger signs related to intracranial space occupying lesions.
