I don't exercise, no pain anywhere else in body, 7 months back Vit D was 8 and I'm taking 60k tablets once per month
Brief Answer:
Repeat the levels
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for the delayed response.
Both lack of exercise and low Vit D levels can cause such muscle spasm and subsequent pains.
I suggest you get the Vit D levels checked if on the lower side may have to start the supplement Vit D 60k once weekly for the next 6 weeks.
Also, exercising regularly can avoid such musculoskeletal problems.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
