My last period was on 3/5/2015 and on 29/5/2015 i had spotting with bad smelling brownish blood. After 2days of spotting i got my normal period.

- period disturbance( ovarian cyst, stress, etc)
- vaginal infection
you need to do vaginal smear test, abdominal ultrasound.

My last month periods was in 3/5/2015 and i jad unprotected sex on 15/5/2015 and my husband ejaculated outside and also we had the same on 26/5/2015(both time it was doggie position) i had pain during that time. On 29/5/2015&30/5/2015 ihad spotting i did preganancy test (urine)it was negative.on 39/5/2015 i started taking pills(diane 35)and from 31/5/2015 i had my regular menstruation with good amount of bleeding and stoped after 4 days but the brownish spotting is continuing untill today(10th day) i did also high viginal swab c/s on yesterday and nothing growing on that. I also have backpain. Im really worried.i hope you can help me with this.

I am glad to know that your swab vaginal test comes back normal.
You are reporting to have brown spotting until 10th day of cycle.
It may be due to:
- XXXXXXX 35 side effect (most probably)
-uterus or vaginal issue
- Stress related
To my opinion if brown spotting continues more than 10 days than you should do:
- Trans vaginal ultrasound
- Pap test
to rule out/confirm uterus and vaginal issues.
For the moment avoid unnecessary stress, use plenty of water, keep good vaginal hygiene, and avoid intimae detergents.
