Brief Answer:
continue your antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hello!!

Mixed bacteria in urine means that you are having a urinary tract infection and will need to continue your antibiotics for another course at least!

The swelling in your throat with white spots is most likely to be follicular tonsillitis and is generally caused by a strep infection. Penicillin v is the correct antibiotic , it will control your throat infection and also your UTI.

Please drink lots of water and gargle with warm salt water2-3 times a day, you will be fine!

Thanks

Brief Answer:
yes it is common

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Headache and eye pain are commonly seen in throat infections and are generally due to referred pain from the primary site and i dont think you have to worry.

If however your pain increases or does not reduce 24 hours after the antibiotic has been started, i would request you to meet your doctor for examination and further advice.

Thanks
