I wish to know few more details before answering your question in detail:

1) Endometrim thickness should not be a problem as you had conceived once before. Please let me know the endometrial thickness on ultrasound after 10th day of your cycles. Please type in maximum endometrial thickness on which particular day of cycle?

2) Please scan and attach a copy of all ultrasound pictures so that I can see endometrial thickness and follicle size.

3) Attach a report of your husband's semen analysis.

4) Let me know if you have anymore reports with you so that I can advice if anymore tests are needed.
