What's the frequency of stool
What about your appetite?

Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food as well as diary products and milk.
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Dietary fibers at bed time recommended to increase the bulk of the stool and complete evacuation of bowel in morning.

I am 25 years old.

I do feel bloating but no abdominal pain as such.
I have mild pain at lower right side of abdomen.

I have to use bathroom 2,3 times in the morning.
Stool is kind of semi solid and undigested matter.

The major concern is that, in morning i am unable to control the urge to go to bathroom.
( usually i have to go to bathroom at around 6 am, and within 1 hour, i use bathroom 2,3 times)

Appetite is good and i do not have fatigue or body weakness.

I was taking pantodac and dipep earlier and now taking Razo D before meals 3 times a day and Actigut after dinner. I am also taking Sucrafil solution after food 3 times a day.

Endoscopy and colonoscopy were done 1 week before and occurrence of fundal gastritis was detected in biopsy.

No special findings were found in colonoscopy.

I feel very much uncomfortable to move out freely because of this stomach upset.

Please do help me to sort this out.
