What Causes Indigestion And Burping?

Question: Hello Doc,
Facing digestion related issue since two weeks. I am unable to digest my meal and everytime i have to go washroom after this.
Also facing gas & burping issues as well.

Request you to please suggest.

Hello XXXX thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. The description you have given me can be explained by 1 of 2 problems.... A stomach infection... or Acidity.. Can you explain a bit more so that I know which it is?

What digestive problems do you face? You having loose motion? Any fever? Does your stomach feel bloated? Do you have nausea or feel like vomiting? How long has this been going on? Also, what kind of food do you eat? At home or outside?

If you can give me this information i should be able to figure out what is going on and help you with a plan to manage this issue.

Hi ..most of the time I feelthat my stomach is bloated..also have loose motions. This is going on since two weeks.
At lunch its outside food and at dinner I am having home made food.No vomiting or fever as such. But some feels very exhausted and low energy levels due to this.pls guide . Thanks

Hi XXXX I seriously doubt that you have an infection. But to be safe i recommend the following

Tab Norflox-tz 1 tab twice daily for 5 days.
Sporolac XXXXXXX with water twice daily for 5 days
Tab Omez 20mg once daily before bed for 5 days.

This should eradicate any infection you may have. Afterwards we can continue treatment for Acid peptic issues.

Once this course of therapy is over, let me know how you are feeling by then.
