Brief Answer:
You have panic attack

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.

I think, you have panic attack. In panic attack, patients have sudden onset of increase heart rate, difficulty in breathing, chest pain etc. It happens due to some unconscious anxiety or tension. It look like cardiac disorder, but it is related to psychological disorder. It can occur any time and any where. So, just relax and consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis with treatment. You need few antidepressant with low dose benzodiazepine that would help to control further attack.

You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. For that, you have to consult a psychologist.

If you have more query, you can ask.
