Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
You also need few other investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar(RBS),Complete Liver function test(LFT),Renal function test(RFT),
Lipid profile,Viral markers,ECG in all leads,
Ultrasound of abdomen,Urine RE/ME.Further investigations can be done if needed.
Increased SGPT indicates liver
injury and it may be due to alcohol,
hepatitis etc.It is important to know
bilirubin and GGT level.
Due to increased CK,heart status should also be confirmed.ECHO should be done to assess functional status of the heart.
CK is increased in many other conditions besides heart problem,so it should be clinically correlated.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
You may need medicines for increased SGPT.
You should avoid alcohol completely. This is very necessary for your healthy liver.
You should also avoid fatty food.
Get well soon.
