Yes I have been eating Lunch outside from the past 2 months .I have this problem from the past one month.
I am not able to explain the actual uneasy XXXXXXX But it seems incomplete evacuation of the bowel. I generally have 4 cups of coffee or tea everyday.

Hi XXXXX ! Good afternoon. Got to see your reply after coming back home to my computer.
With your habit of eating lunch regularly from outside for the last two months, and the symptoms developing for nearly a month, I feel that you have got an intestinal infection due to ingestion of food prepared outside not in a healthy environment as happens usually. The most common infection in the developing countries, specially in XXXXXXX is amebiasis.
If I were your doctor, I would advise you for a routine stool test for ova and cyst, and if positive would treat it with a course of metronidazole of good brand for about seven days, along with a probiotic, and a proton pump inhibitor drug. I would also insist on your having food totally from home, and not from outside. Also avoid more oily and fatty food, and instead go for more of roughage, fresh fruits, and sufficient liquids. Also go for routine regular exercises like a morning walk.This way I am hopeful that you would be relieved of your symptoms.
In case the symptoms persist, then you might have to go for a gastro enterological assessment possibly with an endoscope if need be even though I strongly feel that you would be alright with the above routine.
