What Causes Inability To Pass Urine At Night?

Question: My mother is having inability to pass urine in night at times the frequency is mostly 1-2 months not regularly. could you please let me know the symptoms along with details for line of treatment as per the attached reports so that she can continue the medicines for the treatment. She is diabetic for last few years with no insulin and needs consultation for that as well with precautions on food.

i am suggesting some medicine and you can start as prescribed
1 uranium nitricum 3X 4 pills twice in a day
2 Acid phos Q 20 drops with half cup of water twice in day
3 insulinum 10x 10 drops with half cup of water twice in day
Take medicine for 30 days
Medicine will work for diabeties and urine problem.
keep track on her diet and ensure she get timely and proper diabetic diet. She would not stay in fasting condition.
Diet avoide sugar and sugar product oilt hings better to give her karela if is she like.
Once sugar level come to normal all her related compain would subside

Thanks for the reply, could you please let me know the reason behind having inability to pass urine in night at times as what steps are required to help her to have immediate relief in that particular, are there any immediate medicines that can help her as drinking lots of water during that time is not suggested. Please provide more details around it.

Also help me to understand the report analysis and symptoms.

One more question:-Can syzygium jambolanum & cephalandra indica help here to cure the problem or else need to start as prescribed :

I appreciate your interest to clarify all your doubt.
First of all i wanted to tell you that after due analysis of report mainly two things are broadly noticed.
1 blood sugar level random and PP
2 presence of pus cell in urin
It shows that there is presence of infection in urin. This is a normal phenomena noticed during the diabetic condition specially in aged person. Next important symptom i noticed is incontinance of urine and loss of thirst.
The reason of presence infection in urinary tract is diabeties. Presence of sugar in urine leads to bacterial growth. This ultimately hampered the urinary urge.
Now the reason for selecting uranium and insulinum rather than synzynum jambolicum is thère is difference of urinanry infection. Synzynum is indicated in case of polyurea while uranium is indicated in case of loss of urine. Initially my focus is to treat infection with control of diabeties
Initially countinue current adviced medication. May be next time we will revise the medicine as per need.

For immediate relief you have to consult allopathic physician. She may be required vasodilater medication for release of urine. Medicine is given on strict prescription of doctor.
If she is having pain and discomfort then urethral catheter may be the option. Without surgical intervention it is not easy to get the immediate relief.
I have already prescribed the uranium which will help her to release the urine but understand it may take 2 3 days to act the medicine. Give her small quanity of water in small interval.
