Question: I don’t have a fever but I feel very unbalanced when walking, I don’t trip and I can walk straight line, I just feel out of body and it feels like it’s in front of my head.

There can be many reasons for imbalance like blood pressure changes or disturbed blood sugar levels or some neurological cause or some ear disease or side effect of some medicine.
You should get your blood pressure and blood sugar levels checked.
Please tell me are you currently taking any medicines?
Any history of alcohol?
Take tablet promethazine SOS for symptomatic relief.
Avoid getting up abruptly from bed. Else sit with legs hanging for sometime and than get up.
Avoid driving for few days.
