Brief Answer:
Nerves dysfunction, stress should be considered as well.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

The warm sensation on temple that you refer could be related to nerves that supply that area dysfunction from compression or trauma for example.

It is necessary to have a neurological examination by your Neurologist in order to understand you condition.

If nerve problems are excluded after this evaluation, anxiety and stress disorder may be the culprit.

I suggest you to discus with your primary care about these issues and further evaluation.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
