Brief Answer:
May be a spinal problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
I have read and understood your history related to the temperature but still having sweating - aching pain - right side - just below ribs - but ''inside '' the body and not the back - bigger pain on the back, below the butt of right thigh - very sore to touch - just pain ...

As per the history this looks to be a problem related to the spine in the area of upper pain with referred pain to the lower side.

I would advise you to get an MRI of the spine and the soft tissues at the earliest, a clinical evaluation and physical examination by a Doctor, preferably Neuro to come to a diagnosis and a plan for further treatment.

An addition ultrasonography / CT scan of the abdomen and tests of blood, urine and stool may help to rule out other problems.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
