Brief Answer:
Please do try to get an EKG conducted at the earliest

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would strongly recommend a visit to a doctors clinic, medical centre or an ER. I would be most comfortable if an EKG is conducted as I would like to rule out any possible cardiac abnormalities.

If (hoping) the EKG returns a normal result, please request for a shot of pantoprazole which would help treat and gas-related anomaly, which commonly presents with symptoms you are experiencing.

I hope you can find medical help at this hour and rule out the worst so I can rest assured that you shall be fine. Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
