What Causes Hot Flash, Weakness, Eye Pain And Chilling?

Question: my neighbor, 83 with parkinsons experienced a hot flash followed by extreme weakness, pain in his eyes and throat. he was outdoors and got very chilled before.a passerby rescued him, any idea what happened? THAT WAS YESTERDAY, he seems better today.

He did not go unconscious, but thought he was going to. he held on to the truck as long as he could, and finally fell to the ground. he was trying to crawl to his house. he was very cold, had been working outsid for several hours and had not eaten anything. no known history of diabetes. does have irregular heart beat.

Brief Answer: Details follows Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. This can occur due to Vaso vagal attack as you said he didn't eat for long and was working standing through out. Another possibility is of hypoglycemia and cardiac issues. I am glad he was rescued on time and got medical care.
