Brief Answer:
HIGH RISK WITH TG > 400.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Triglyceride level 400+ is quite HIGH and risk for cardiovascular disease including atherosclerosis.

Diet control, moderate physical exercise and drug treatment can help to reduce cholesterol level as your HDL & LDL levels are within NORMAL range.

You should AVOID smoking, alcohol, salty/ high calorie diet, red meat, saturated fat. Take more GREEN vegetables and control body weight effectively.

Kindly, consult with your physician and dietician regarding this. Do periodic check up to your doctor and monitor your levels every 3 months. Check BP periodically.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.
