Brief Answer:
Viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The feeling of burning up is common in all viral infections, especially with a temperature spike.

This is what you should do

1. Tylenol is the better drug for fever. I recommend that you take Tylenol three times a day for fever instead of ibuprofen
2. I strongly recommend you do steam inhalations three times day to relieve blocked sinuses
3. Tab Fexofenadine twice a day will give you good symptomatic relief
4. Avoid cold food and beverages. Avoid smoking
5. Avoid milk and milk products

Usually viral infections get better after 5 days, if it doesnt then please approach a GP for blood tests and antibiotics

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
