Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

I can understand that you are a bit anxious about your health. You see anxiety itself is an ailment which presents with fatigue , pain abdomen , chest pain , increased heart rate , sweaty palms, trembling hands and legs.
Do not worry.
Let me help you out.

It would have been great had I examined you on my own.
You could be having a thyroid dysfunction or anaemia .

I would suggest you to

- not to worry
- keep yourself hydrated .
- Have a balanced diet with loads of vegetables , protein . Drink plenty of water.
- Get a blood haemoglobin , serum ferritin , blood glucose , TSH , T3, T4 test done - this will check your thyroid function and whether you have anemia
- Get a blood total count , differential count - to check the immunity status.

Hope this helps.
