Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms ( blood pressure fluctuations, chronic fatigue, etc.)could be related to a metabolic disorder (dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, chronic anemia, thyroid dysfunction, or inflammation etc.).

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG
- a chest X ray study
- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- fasting glucose
- kidney and liver function tests
- blood electrolytes
- PCR and ESR for inflammation.

A cardiac ultrasound would help examine your heart function and structure and exclude heart failure.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Meanwhile, I recommend taking plenty of water to stay well hydrated.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
