Brief Answer:
Age related

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic
You should wait for 5-10 days after stopping primolut for periods to commence.
I would like to know your last TSH report and in case that is normal then this is just age Related problem and menopause is around the corner
Take care

Dear Doctor,
Thnx for your reply.

My TSH test report dated 14th XXXXXXX 2017 was 5.570
T3 (tOtal) & T4 (Total) was 133.9 and 7.87 respectively

Do I need to again test Preg.....I had intercourse with my spouse fully protected (Using condom,no breakage) on 29th Dec and 9th XXXXXXX 2017. My preg test as I mentioned earlier on 17th and 20th XXXXXXX came negative.

If menopause is around the corner, what should be your advise for the same..Do I need to have any other test or USG??

Hope I should not worry!!!

Regards

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry it seems

Detailed Answer:
First wait for your periods and see the pattern thereafter.
If irregularities persists then a baseline scan is must just to rule out any problem and see for ovaries.
At the same time maintain a menstrual diary.
Generally the pattern is slight prolongation of cycles and then large gaps between two cycles be then cessation of periods.
Nothing active needs to be done for that at all except yearly Gynae check ups

Yes dear delayed periods are usually heavy and generally nothing to worry except uf its repeated in subsequent cycles too.
Pause MF is good and will help you to tide over the excess of periods
