Brief Answer:
You should search the cause of high IgE.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your IgE level is high.
You should search the cause of that. Asthma, allergy, hypersensitivity, parasitic infection all can lead to high IgE level.

You should go for skin allergy test as well as drug and food allergy test.
After that you should avoid that substance.

If you have any symptoms of allergy then antihistaminics or steroids can be taken according to doctor's advice.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
