Brief Answer:
Postpone jogging after contacting your doctor...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!

If you are used to drink alcohol more than average and you quit abruptly than you may experience alcohol withdrawal symptoms. This is manifested with tremor, anxiety and hypertension.

Can you specify what are your BP values? Based on this information I may suggest to go in ER or to wait for your doctor.

Moreover I recommend that you have to discus with your doctor before stopping alcohol because these may cause severe medical complications (abstinence, hypertensive crisis, delirium tremens ect). Alcohol stopping should be done under strict medical guidance and therapy.

If you have decided to stop it on your own than postpone jogging after contacting your doctor.

Hope this was of help!

BP is slightly elevated and it needs only diet and lifestyle modification..

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Your BP is slightly elevated and it needs only diet and lifestyle modification to control the BP. I would recommend to:
- Avoid salty food
- Avoid fatty and spicy food
- Eat a small piece of garlic
- OTC with licotice root
- Avoid NSAID
This measure will help you to control BP, till tomorrow.

Wish you health!
