Brief Answer:
Rest, tramadol and Mecobalamine are of help.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having herniated disc.Treatment of disc prolapse is rest in lateral possible with both hips and knees flexed. Mecobalamine is helpful. As Tramadol is suitable to you so you can take it. You are prescribed tramadol every 6 hourly but if you are not having pain with lesser dose then it is no harm in taking once a day. For fear of gastric ulcer while on analgesic you can take omeprazole empty stomach to prevent it.

You can discuss with your doctor about it. You will need a written prescription to get the medicine.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
