Thanks for query based on the facts that you have posted you have kidney stones and Enlarged prostate and getting blood in urine (Hematuria) frequently .

Kidney stones that you have are secondary stones due to enlarged prostate .

Veltam is very important drug in enlarged prostate which helps to improve urine flow .It should not be replaced or stopped .

Nitrofurantoin (Niftas) is an urinary antibiotics and helps to prevent infection hence can be taken as and when necessary .
